The 2019 Memorial Day parade

On Monday 27th May, Cub Pack 333 took part in the 99th Worthington Memorial Day 2019 Parade., organised by Worthington American Legion Post 239

Along with many other Packs, Troops, Ventures, and Sea Scouts, 18 Cubs from Pack 333 walked the 1 mile route, from East Dublin-Granville Road / Morning Street down to the Cemetery Drive. One of the highlights was a fly past by two jets (either F16s or F18s, wasn't sure..), heading south directly over High Street just before the event started; that was loud!

Pack 333 also learnt about the history of Memorial Day, remembering and honoring people who have died while serving in the United States Armed Forces
